3green onions, sliced3
1medium tomato, chopped1
1clove garlic, minced1
1/2 cupslivered green pepper125 mL
2 tspdried basil leaves10 mL
1/2 tsphot pepper sauce2 mL
1Italian style gourmet flatbread (12-inch/30 cm, 425 g)1
1 1/2 cupsshredded mozzarella cheese375 mL

Combine beans, green onions, tomato, garlic, green pepper, basil and hot pepper sauce. Spread evenly over flatbread. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 425°F (220°C)for about 15 minutes or until bubbling and cheese is melted. Cut into wedges.
