119 oz/540 mL can black beans rinsed well and drained1
1mango, peeled, pit removed and diced1
1sweet, red bell pepper, diced1
2green onions, sliced2
1/4 cupfresh lime juice50 mL
2 tbspvegetable oil25 mL
1 tbspsoy sauce15 mL
1/2 tspred pepper flakes2 mL
1/4 cupchopped fresh cilantro50 mL

In a medium bowl, combine beans, mango, red pepper and green onions. To make dressing, whisk together with lime juice, vegetable oil, soy sauce and red pepper flakes. Add dressing to bean mixture and toss. Add the cilantro and toss lightly.
