1small onion, chopped1
2garlic cloves, minced2
1 - 28 ozcan diced tomatoes796 mL
1 1/2 cchunky salsa375 mL
1 - 12 ozcan corn niblets, drained341 mL
1 - 19 ozcan black beans, rinsed and drained540 mL
1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped50 mL

1) In a medium frying pan, cook ground beef with onions and garlic over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain excess juice.
2) Put beef into slow cooker. Add rest of ingredients and stir until mixed.
3) Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
