4green onions, sliced in 1/2 inch (2 cm) pieces4


Combine soya sauce, honey, brown sugar, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, ginger and pepper; set aside.

In frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken; brown on both sides. Drain off fat, if necessary. Reduce heat, stir in sauce mixture. Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in beans and green onions; heat through.

Serve with sautéed snow peas and red peppers, if desired.
