1clove garlic, minced1
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 csour cream62.5 mL
1avacado, sliced thin1
1tomato, sliced1
1small red onion, sliced thin1
1cucumber, sliced thin1
alfalfa sprouts
4large tortilla's4

1. Place the beans, oil, garlic, salt pepper and sour cream in bowl.
2. Using the back of a large fork, smash to form a course puree.
3. Spread the tortillas, pile on the veggies.
4. Roll and cut in half.
