1 cupboiling water250 mL
1 cupoil250 mL

1can (14 oz./398 mL) Beans in Tomato Sauce1
1/2 tspsalt2 mL
3 cupsflour750 mL
1 tspvanilla5 mL
1 tspbaking soda5 mL
1 tspcinnamon5 mL
1/2 tspbaking powder2 mL
1 cupwalnuts (optional)250 mL

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
Mix raisins with boiling water, stir and set aside. Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and beans until beans are broken. Add flour, remaining ingredients, including raisins and water. Spoon batter into large paper muffin cups. Bake for 30 minutes.
