1) Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat.
2) Add the onions and garlic; cook until it starts to turn golden brown. Add the chili powder and paprika; cook for 30 seconds.
3) Add tomato paste, ground turkey, salt and pepper. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until the meat is partially cooked.
4) Add the chopped tomatoes, and beans; bring to a simmer. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
5) Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
6) To serve: toast mini whole wheat buns, top with Sloppy Joe mix. Sprinkle with scallions.
