Ingredients

- 1 (19 oz) can black beans or white pea beans (navy beans), drained and rinsed (540 mL)
- 1/2 cup fat-free ranch dressing (125 mL)
- 1/2 tsp cumin (2 mL)
- 2 garlic cloves
Instructions
Add ingredients to a food processor fitted with a metal blade or blender. Blend to desired consistency.
Notes
Easily substitute lentils for beans. For lentil dip, use 1 tsp curry powder in place of cumin.
